About the Role
NCCS is currently accepting applications for a qualified part-time upper school (7-12) theatre director, capable of directing students in drama, particularly the western canon of theater. All elements of show production (including publicity/marketing, box office, tech design and production) are part of this role. Position may be combined with other part-time positions depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:

Visibly loves Christ and students.

Understands the practical outworkings of classical, Christian education in daily life.

Has a bachelor's degree or higher in associated field or education.

Is warm and collaborative in nature, is flexible, is a consensus builder, and has a sense of humor.

Has excellent communication and technology skills, including outstanding writing, grammar, and public speaking skills.

Shows a deep commitment to regular evaluation and growth in skill and knowledge.

Is able to perform multiple concurrent tasks and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Has a high level of fluency with Google Suite products and FACTS SIS (formerly RenWeb).
